Moto DTA100u: missing automatic tune to HD channels
We switched elderly Mom to HD service at her assisted living place, and Comcast (Southern CT) provided a Motorola DTA100u box. She's delighted with the picture when she gets it, but teaching her how to hit the "OK to watch in HD" button in the short 2 second window has proved to be trying for her.
As far as we can tell, the [non-X1] service via this box does not offer a setting to automatically tune to HD. I hope that we're just missing it. Please let us know where this setting is.
And, IF IT DOES NOT EXIST, please escalate this as an "accessibility" problem and/or tell us which box we can request for her that will have the automatic-tune-to-HD feature.
