Inconsistent TV Service

Our TV service has not worked consistently for the past 11 days on all 3 of our TV sets. When I call customer service, the send signs to the boxes, then ask us to unplug them, they have sent 2 technicians out that told us everything is fine inside and outside the home, and now they want us to take all three boxes to a store across town to trade them in. This will fix the problem they tell us. If that’s the problem, why don’t the techs that come to our house change out the boxes if that is the issue. #fedup
