I am receiving a code 222 on tv with just an adapter.

I am receiving a code 222 on tv with just an adapter.

Adapter gives me a code 222.  Tried another adapter in the same room and it worked fine.  Before heading down to Comcast anyway to "refresh" it?  It is not listed under my devices, just the big X1 boxes.

Call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak to a CSR about having the device refreshed.
