How to get my box back online?

The box that needs to be online to watch tv keeps going offline and nothing fixes it!? We have tried unplugging and plugging everything back in at leaat 3 or 4 times.

Have you checked all your cable connections to make sure none have come loose?

 

You could have the cable-box exchanged at the nearest service center.
