Help - cable card not paired with new tivo

Did a text customer support as phone support was closed and did not get it fixed. Weird thing was that the card worked fine setting up the box and getting the guides, but stopped suddenly after 24hours. Help! V58 showing on all channels Smiley Sad

Thanks Bruce! i was contacted this morning by CableCard support (the sms text support person did escalate correctly), they solved my problem, and sent me a link to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pair-activate-cablecard  for future self-activation needs. Thought someone may benefit from this as well. Was also given their toll-free line (1-877-4052298 M-F 7am to 8pm MT) if anyone needs it. thanks.
