Glitching channels

I’ve had all new boxes, and they even re-buried new cable lines in my yard, but I still have many channels I’m not able to watch due to glitching. I’m ready to ditch Comcast bc I feel like this should have been resolved. Anyone else having this issue?

Sometimes you need a second tech out, it’s part of troubleshooting
