The required update with status code 800 continues to repeat itself over and over again about every 10 minutes but the update never loads. The update screen just keeps interrupting the programming. It's been happening for days & is really annoying. Is there a way to fix this NOW?
By the way... This isn't the first problem we've had with your service lately. We just replaced the cable box last month for a different issue. For the ridiculous price we pay for our service we should get better, more reliable service.
