Explorer set top box not working; channel guide failed last week

Hi - when I tune my tv to my cable box input, it tells me that the Explorer Set Top is not authorized for use. Previously it wouldn’t display the guide. I’m wondering if the box is failing? I tried power cycling it & it didn’t help. What should I do? Thanks!

You can get your current box and remote exchanged free at your nearest Comcast service center, or a Comcast employee here on the forum can ask you to PM them and help you get it exchanged.
