Error cl-13

We have two tivo boxes, one Tivo Bolt and one Tivo Premiere. When we try to watch xfinity on demand on either box, we receive the CL-13 error code. This was working previously and the error only started recently. Called Comcast and was told the rate code account coding is already correct. Can anyone help?
