I have a auxillary box for the garage set that has had issues and has not worked in over a year we have had to replace the power adapter 3 times. On my last in store update the rep said he would send me a replacment small HD set top box with remote and hdmi cable however, I never recieved it, nor had I followed up until now. I'm sure you can verify that this box has not been active.
I have the non working set top box in hand and need a small hd adapter box to replace it. I've tried calling, chat etc. Hoping this avenue works...Can this be shipped out to us? Current Model: Thompson DCI1011COM.
