Dead Remote XR2 v3-R

@Comcast, how do I get a new xr2 remote???

I have gone the new battery route already. Red power button stays on full time, but will not, repeat will not operate cable box or go into setup to enter tv codes. Local stores and service centers CLOSED.

What's the point of paying for a extra tv box if you can't use it??

OK, 2 weeks have pasted. Your customer rep said 2 to 7 days for a new remote.
