DVR on a Business Account

We contacted Comcast about adding a DVR to a business account. After many attempts at communication on the phone, a tech was sent out that said DVR service couldn't be added to a business account. Can Tivo be used and what would we need to make it work with Comcast? Thank you.

You will not be able to get anyone to activate a cablecard for a Tivo. The business people have no experience with them, and the residential people no longer provide assistance.

I suspect that's all true, unfortunately. Spent way too long with customer service on the phone and got no where.
