I keep getting this message when I click on My Recordings from My DVR I do not have X1 or XFi. I have done the troubleshoot online and it reset the box but it still happens. I also chatted with an agent and she was unable to get it reset. We unplugged it, she sent a reset signal etc., but it still doesn't work. She said I should get a technician out but I had to leave. Should I take the box in and get it exchanged or do a technician? How do I schedule a technician? Maybe I should call the number ?
I have a technician coming tomorrow. But I am not sure what you mean by Live Buffering. I am unable to watch any recordings I have and at the moment it appears I don't have any recordings when I look on my second TV at My DVR. Hope the tech can recover them and move them to a new box. I am also going to upgrade to X1 tomorrow.
