Can't set new series recordings

All of my old series recordings are working just fine but all of a sudden I don't ha e the option to set a new series recording.

Hello Demonkiller13. Welcome to the Xfinity Forums and thank you for creating your first post. I can assist with troubleshooting your DVR issue. Are you receiving an error message or error code when trying to set a series recording? Also are you using the primary DVR box to attempt to set the series recording?
