I have a cablecard that I have a authenticated, but is not Validated. My symptoms are identical those in this message:
I have spoken to support, and they said everything looks fine on their end. They suggested that I get a new card. But based on the above thread I suspect there is a setting not correct at the headend.
Any chance someone could look into it for me? I've had the cablecard for two months now and still haven't been able to get channels.
