CableCard & HDHomerun Prime not receiving any channels

I've already called support several times and for several hours they tried to "send different signals" to the CC, nothing worked. They opened a ticket and promised it would be resolved in 24 hours, which is hasn't been. (They also said there is no ticket number so I can't easily follow up on it)

So, after many attempts to activate the CableCard (and even trying a second cable card that I also have on hand), this is the state that it currently is in:

Card Authentication success
Card OOB Lock success
Card Validation none

It would be great if someone from Comcast could help out here. This seems to be an extremely common problem (see this thread which also links to a slew of similar threads: https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/TV-Archive/CableCard-No-Channels-VCT-0-HDHomeRun-Device/td-p/2808586)

Bumping this thread as this is still not resolved - I've called a couple more times since posting this and have still been unable to resolve this issue.

Re: CableCard & HDHomerun Prime not receiving any channels

This is actually getting quite ridiculous, and slightly comical if it weren't for the fact that I am paying for service and not receiving it. I called again on Monday to make another attempt to resolve the issue. I now have 2 HDHomeruns, 1 of them I just purchased new in box. Neither of them work with either combination of dvr + card, and I am now plugging them directly to the 10 foot RG6 cable that comes into the house in the basement, with no extra connectors, extra lengths of cables, or wall jacks in between. So I scheduled for a tech to come today to fix it between 5-7pm. 6 came around and nobody showed, so I called in and it turns out there was no appointment on my account. After doing the whole "resending signals" dance again, twice for both DVRs, I was told to get 5 more cable cards with hopes that one will work. I have now been on the phone for 4 and a half hours total without any resolution, 3 weeks since I initially upgraded my service to include TV.

I've scheduled another tech to come out on Sunday. I would say this is embarassing for Comcast, but it's really not surprising. Gotta drive people away from cable cards to rent cableboxes instead right?
