Someone came out today to bury the cable in my yard. The problem is they didn't bury the cable in my neighbors yard going to the box. The subcontractors that came out to bury it just pushed the excess cable through the fense. There is able 3 feet of cable loosly coiled in their yard behind me and the cable going to the box in my neighbors yard is just strug across. Why didn't the sub bury that cable? I called customer service and they said someone would call me in 30 minutes and no one called. This seems to be common. When I call customer service I get someone in India or Wisconsin, they do a bunch of typing, say someone is going to call from the feild office and no one ever calls. This cable needs to be buried or it will get cut. The reason they needed to run new cable was because the old one got cut.
