Hello seems like this is the best place to get this resolved. I have a CableCard with Hdhomerun. I've made a couple calls to the cablecard help line but have not been succesful with getting the channel scan to find the channels. Could somebody from Comcast help me out with this? thank you

and many others each time it looks like an issue with routing on the local headend. Can we please get this escalated to somebody that can get this setup. thank you
I have this same TV turner (two of them) - they have a page for diagnostics, try going to http://my.hdhomerun.com in a browser, click on your turner's serial # and check CableCARD status -
This can tell you nice things like your signal strength, quality, and OOB lock. I had an issue where my signal strength / quality was low on one of my tuners because of excessive splitter use, had to clear out some extraneous splitters and had a truck roll for an amplifier installation, etc.
If you can't get to that configuration page through http://my.hdhomerun.com then you've got some LAN settings issues.
Thanks! Actually just got this working convinced support to send me a new card (there was some unnessary haggling about the $15 shipping charge) to swap in and channel scan ran just fine with the new card.
