I'm new to Xfinity, and have the Flex box. I've watched Netflix shows with no problem, but the CBS All Access app keeps pausing very briefly about every 7 seconds. It's more of an annoyance than anything, but is there something I can do about it? I assume it's this app in particular, since Netflix worked beautifully, although I've only tried the 2 so far. (The only other one I'll be trying at all is Prime. Those are the 3 I subscribe to.)

I'm seeing this same behavior. My Xfinity Flex is connected via Ethernet and I have only seen this streaming issue with CBS All Access on my Flex; other devices I own can stream CBS All Access fine. I find the constant micro pauses unwatchable. I'm disappointed this has been going on for weeks.
