Does Comcast call customers if their cable boxes aren't updated? I get a phone call from something called Airsignal (651) 647-5237. Is this a legit number that Comcast does?

Going forward, we truly thank you for bringing this situation to our attention as security is something we take very seriously at Comcast! To be honest, I'm not too familiar this this number in regard to providing equipment updates etc. however, to play it safe, I recommend sending us a private message by clicking my name "ComcastJosephW" then selecting "Send a Message" on the right side with your name and service address so that we cant take a closer look when you have the chance!
