signing in.

Accidentally erased my bookmark to sign in to xfinity. In trying to sign in,it says I cannot use a comcast.net email address.It's the only one I have.Can you help me?

Hello @Texasvolfan123, thanks for reaching out to our Forums! I'm sorry to hear you are having troubles logging back into to your Xfinity online account. I would be more than happy to assist you with getting you successfully logged back in. Just to confirm, have you attempted logging in with just your username and leaving out the comcast.net? Also, did you happen to already clear your Cache & Cookies?
