when I try to log into the billpay section of the Xfinity website, it consistantly says "
Thanks for your purchase, -------------!
We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
It has said this for over a year. It also provides me with an error if I try to schedule a callback or log into my account from the mobile app. This is ridiculous. There appears to be no way for me to get into my bill to pay it and no easy way to reach a customer service agent.
