"We couldn't sign you into My Account."

"We couldn't sign you into My Account."

When I try to log in to my account I get an error that says "We couldn't sign you into My Account.". I tried changing my password but that didn't help. I also can't contact anyone over chat because it directs me to input a valid account number, but there is nowhere to input it. It also won't let me schedule a phone call, it says it has a problem scheduling it right now. I am a new comcast subscriber.

The exact same thing has happened to me. I contacted support more times than I would like to. They couldn't figure it out. I suppose to get a call from the advance tech team but that didn't happen either.
