"Sorry" Error after logging in

"Sorry" Error after logging in

After logging into my account, it gives me this error message:

"Sorry. A communication error has occured. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later." 

I cannot access anything within my account or see my settings... I just signed up for Comcast services yesterday and gave my credit card information and am worried that this is a scam? I can see a pending transaction for $1 on my credit card to see if it went through and then the refund.... How can I gain access to my account??
