I'm getting this error message even though I am the owner of the account. I cancelled my Xfinity wifi service in June because I was moving, but since I wasn't moving into my new house until July I was told that I wasn't able to just transfer the service. I'm trying to set up a Xfinity wifi at my new house, but my account still shows my old address as the address of my account. All I want to do is change the address to my new one and set up the wifi. Any help would be appreciated.
