I moved and activated service at a new address. However, when I log into my account, the old account is still shown along with the new account. I need help to delete the old account. Thank you!
Hello, lilpinkie. I can certainly look into the user id and see why it's bringing up the old account. Can you please send me a PM with your first/last name, full address, phone number, and the user id you sign in with? I want to make sure it was transferred over to the new account correctly.
