not able to login

not able to login

I am trying to login with my xfinity username/password to https://my.xfinity.com after entering ,it keeps looping back to login page ,not able to authorize any of the other services like HBOgo etc 

looks like the call to 

 

https://customer.xfinity.com/apis?hs=false&stbDetails=false is failing with 401 Unauthorized with this json error

can some one from technical team take a look? i am sure some data in the DB is not good for few accounts and those needs to be reset

it says 2 factor authentication is true, but i didnt setup any - thats why it is taking back to login page . some one needs to reset account profile 2FA field to false

Customer service technical team doesnt have a clue of whats going on, they simply say its national outage ,i called 4-5 times and everytime they say its national outage. I do not know how to contact a technical team
