Like a number of others, every time I try to access my account I get stuck in a login loop. New account .... can login to the main page but when I try to access billing, account mgmt I get stuck in the login loop. I don't have service installed yet because I haven't moved to my new address, but I have been told I should be able to login and use My Account to check my account. I tried getting help from customer service via phone and the guy who handled my call had me try a few things I had already tried and was dismissive when I mentioned the forum and that others are experiencing this same problem. Though he eventually handed me off to someone at a higher level of tech expertise, our connection was dropped mid sentence. Needless to say, I do not look forward to another phone conversation where someone can't help me and can't connect me with someone who knows enough to fix my problem. Can someone from Xfinity give me a hand please?
Edit: One thing I should have mentioned, before I started having the login loop, I was getting the following message every time I tried to access my account link:
"A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later."
