i would like to add xFi Advanced Security to my account for internet

i woukd like to add the xFi Advanced Security  to my account i try do it on my account online but when i do i all ways this message when i try to add new services the message say HI looks like your netfliex cousmer i am very very tired of seeing that on my account each and everytime i like to add new service online i should not have speak somone each and every time i like to somthing new on my account i do not want to hear that somthing i have deal with or nothing cant not be done about it i dont hear that at all i have be able to add what ever i like with out have to speak to somone at all if it not fix i will be getting in touch with CEO office of comcast and somthing will be done about it i am hard of hearing abd deaf and dont speak well and should not have to do online  chat ether i shoud be able to go in own account click on shop and upgrad and click on with ever i like to add and on sand the order out that is all
