get error message after login

get error message after login

I get this message each time I login on any device -- ipad, iphone, chromebook. I have an account. I reset and changed my password. I cleared the browser cache and cookies. The error started immediately after I created the account.

"A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later."
