Not sure who updated your web site, but when I try to pay my bill it makes me sign in twice, and when I request to see copy of my bill it tells me it is processing my request and will I stop back and check it later. If I were you, I would ask for a refund from whoever updated your site and then hire a competent supplier to fix it. Also, your "quick bill pay" function on the home page does not work. Let me know when you fix your site so I can see my bill and pay it. Thank you.
