Xfinity Sign-In Redirect Still an Ongoing Issue After 5 Years

Seriously?

 

This has been a known issue for half of a decade.  There is NO excuse for this.

 

When I tried to pay my bill by phone, I was charged an extra $5 a month (half my bill) just for the privledge of paying a month in advance.

 

Can I just.....pay my bill?
