Your chatbot doesn't even respond to inquiries. It just repeats the same "I'm not sure about that - check out our support articles." regardless of what I actually type.
I haven't been able to manage my account for the last 2 weeks (my account with your is over 2 months old).
I don't have any means of contacting you other than calling you, and somehow I doubt you'll have the competence to handle that. What do you want me to do? I can't pay my bill online because I can't even access my account information. I want to manage my account. That's a very simple request.
