Why can’t I upgrade or change plan online?

Why can’t I upgrade or change plan online?

I’m trying to add tv to my plan and I want to check out the bundles to see what’s the better deal but every time I try to check I get that an message saying that I need to call to help complete order, I don’t want to call and be placed on hold of stuff, I’d rather do it online, anyone know what’s going on?

It’s intentional, they want to get you on the phone so they can try to up sell you. I’d drop the service in a heartbeat if it wasn’t the only viable option where I live 🙁
