We couldn't sign you into My Account

I recently just became a new comcast customer for internet services literally a day ago. I havent even gotten my services turned on yet or the equipment to do so but I have yet to be able to sign into My Account and I keep getting the "We couldn't sign you into My Account, Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time." screen. I have no idea why this is happening.

same as me,just started 2 weeks ago,and have YET to be able to sign in to My Account.going to the office tomorrow for more info.
