Why don you no longer show service options on your website? Why msus I call a rep to make changes to my service plan? Why does a tech company force its users to call and listen to sales people when we want to look at service options and make changes after having time to compare. Maybe AT&T does. 20 years as a customer and I'm looking at other options.
