Why is it so hard for a customer like me to look at services and offers?

Everytime I log in to see if I can upgrade it ALWAYS makes me call you guys.

I prefer do things by my own, and I do not want to wait up to 45 minutes to talk to someone.

Why do you guys make it so hard to self service?  


I swear if you guys were not the only ISP in here I would have dumped you guys eons ago.

Hello miguefgarcia. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is a known issue that we are working to address. We currently do not have an ETR on the shopping section of our website.
