The last two months I started getting charged 2.50 for each box for a total of $7.50. Nothing was changed to my account. No equipment was swapped out but every month I have to call and get this charge removed. The first time they said the boxes were showing offline even though they were in use and working fine. They assured me I wouldnt see the charge again but the next bill showed the same charge. This is getting exhausting.
