Unlink an account please

I have two accounts and in my new home everytime i try to stream it thinks im in the other house and tells me to sign in to home network. But i already am! Im thinking its due to two linked accounts. Please help me delink

You might be able to get it done quicker if you call 800-comcast and select billing.
