Unable to view account, asking for primary account holder

Hello,

 

I am the only person on my account. I have internet and mobile service. When I try to log into mobile I am blocked from viewing my account with the message: "Are you the primary account holder?". Of course I am the account holder. It has been this way for months.

 

I tried contacting via Live Chat but the issue was not resolved.
