I have been trying to complete the $5/mo iPad offer (available at https://www.xfinity.com/ipad) for several days, but keep getting the "Hi, it looks like you are a Netflix customer." error message (https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/message/DFPLN3001) when submitting the completed order.
I am also not able to make any changes to my Plan as I get this error message as well.
I have called 1-800-XFINITY multiple times and every person I talk to says that they have no idea what the "Hi, it looks like you are a Netflix customer." message is and that they cannot help me complete my iPad order.
I need my account fixed so that I can purchase the iPad that I am eligible for.
