Hello, I just made an xfinity account to sign up for service at my new apartment. I got an email saying my account registration was complete. However, when I try and log into My Account to confirm that I have an appointment set up for installation, I get the message “We couldn't sign you into My Account. Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time.” A google search revealed that this is a common issue, but I can’t figure out how to fix it. Can anyone help? Thanks!
