Unable to sign in

Unable to sign in

I'm a new customer and am unable to log in. I've confirmed my external email account and still nothing. I get the message 'We couldn't sign you into My Account. Unfortunately you won't be able to manage your account at this time." Please advise.

I would like to look into this for you from here. To protect the privacy of your account, can you provide your full name, street address including city, state, and zip code (and apartment number if one is associated), and the full account number or phone number associated with your services.
