Unable to sign in

I am trying to sign into Xfinity, and I have received this note "Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time.". I created an account when I purchased the internet service, but today, a comcast representative gave me an account number. When I use the account number, it says there is no primary user on the account.
