I'm unable to login to my account, met with the error message, "We couldn't sign you into My Account. Unfortunately, you won't be able to manage your account at this time." Tried email and phone to no avail, and calls to tech support don't go through.
I'm sure it's just a mismatch between the email account I made when placing the order online, and the account I received from customer service. Just hoping I can get this resolved soon.
