I just signed up for Comcast service. I can successfully login online, but when I go to My Account I am stuck in a perpetual loading screen. If I try to go to My Bill, it says a communication error has occured. The app tells me "You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details".
A quick search of this forum and google shows that I am not the only person with this problem.
Comcast- please post a solution! This is a very common error, and should not be so hard to figure out how to solve it. Please- I signed up for paperless billing so I need to be able to see my account online!
