I’m a new customer and I haven’t been able to access any part of my account so far. The page keeps loading until an error appears. When I tried setting up my plan and get sent the verification codes, none of them work and it gives me an error that none of my account info matches. I called the service line and was talking to the guy about my plan and issues but he ended up not being able to resolve them. Everything he sent me also didn’t work including a link through my email. I havent been charged for the plan yet so that’s a plus. I also have my activation code. I tried setting up the plan using my Ethernet and laptop and through my phone using WiFi. Hope the info helps, it looks like others are having the same issue.
