Unable to access My Account "Sorry a Communication Error has Occured"?

Hello New Client here,

 

I have not been able to access my account for several days. I scheduled a appointment for internet service ro be installed but I am unable to proced due to this error message and me not being able to access my account I am unsure of how to proceed?

Help Please?
