Please help - I've tried every option I can find. We have 2 service addresses that are both billed to the same location. I can't setup my 2nd account online (under the same username or a separate one) or activate it because xfinity's search features require you to input a phone number (same for both accounts) and then an address (says my new address doesn't exist). I've tried listing the accounts under 2 different phone numbers so that they each had a unique identifier but that didn't work either. I spoke to a Dennis on the phone who said this was only an issue with my username/ online account but we have internet at our home. Unfortunately I'm at our 2nd home now and we can't activate the internet beacuse we have to login and my login only finds our 1st address. We are in a vacation location - everyone here has Comcast and most are 2nd homes - I know this can work, but apparently no one can tell me how.
