Trying to unlinked old account from profile

I have 2 accounts on my Xfinity profile. I would like to unlink or delete my old account. Its preventing me from adding services. I called customer support, but no one is able to remove accounts from my profile.

Can you please send me a PM with your first/last name, the old account, the new account, and the user id you log in with so I may further assist you?
